We are looking for an outgoing, motivated sales leader to head up sales growth for iLAB Business Accelerator and Entrepreneur Resorts.

iLAB is a unique implementation and immersion program that includes accommodation, co-working, training and mentoring for entrepreneurs, where they are given the opportunity to surround themselves with business experts for instant support and feedback. Most importantly, iLab provides the tools to build a global, anytime anyplace business and the chance to live life by design.
The perfect candidate will be inspired to work as part of a highly motivated core team. And is skilledin detecting prospects, negotiating and is able to build relationships and work towards closing a deal when the opportunity arises.

Position Scope

You will be responsible forfinding new opportunities and closing sales. We have massive opportunity within our globally based community of Entrepreneurs as well ashuge potential for growth in newareas and partnerships.

Strategic planning and sales targets, prospecting, identifying sales opportunities, developing pitches, securing sales, managing existing partners,maintainingand improving current marketing assets.

You should be a strategic thinker with a creative flair for marketing ideas, customer-centric philosophy, and an expert communicator. Experience in sales and marketing and the ability to thrive in a free flowing environment are a must.

You naturally take initiative and responsibility. You are optimistic, comfortable with uncertainty; you communicate with clarity and conviction; and you are engaging and inspiring.

Duties

champion and execute the most effective online and offline promotions with key targets to maximise sales across the year;

identify opportunities for new sales;
develop strategies for lead generation;
maintain an external orientation and a high tempo of external contact with prospective and current sales prospects and partners;
attend events, conferences, tradeshows and meetings that are relevant to building leads for iLAB;
use existing assets to ignite leads within our community as well as secure new entrepreneur groups to refer and partner with iLAB;
develop strategies to strengthen collaborations and increase activity from existing partners
buildentrepreneurial networks;
synthesise reports of business metrics;

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years proven recordsales experience
Background in entrepreneurship is beneficial but not mandatory
Excellent sales and marketing skills – ability to distil and present insights and performance
High degree of innovative and strategic thinking
Self-starter, autonomous approach
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Previous attendance of iLAB Business Accelerator, Entrepreneur Institute Programs (Fast Forward Your Business, Flow & Performance Consultant training) oras a minimum, knowledge of Roger Hamilton’s Wealth Dynamics Profile test for entrepreneurs.

Position Outcome

Success in the role will be measured by:

• Achievement of agreed iLAB sales goals.

Monthly goals for sales income delivered as a result of the Sales Leader efforts SG$430,000 (with stretch KPI of $600,000)

• May 2016 KPI: $40,000 min

• June 2016 KPI: $70,000 min

• July 2016 KPI: $70,000 min

• Aug 2016 KPI: $80,000 min

• Oct 2016 KPI: $80,000 min

• Nov 2016 KPI: $90,000 min
