HR Recruitment Head

We are looking for recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience who can collaborate with our company needs and proactively identify our future hiring needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of HR and Recruitment
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
  • Should have excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment .
  • Create and execute strategy for the recruitment year including all campus events and relationship activities
  • Keep the team motivated for superior results.

 

Requirements:

  • Overall 4-7 years of prior work experience.
  •  
  • Involved in end to end recruitment cycle in IT/Technical Sector
  •  
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews and selection process – telephonic screening, reference checks etc.
  •  
  • Must have good understanding of technology
  •  
  • Has an eye for details, results driven and takes the accountability to meet expectations.
  •  
  • Has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks and is a self-starter.
